It is with extreme pleasure that we welcome you to our Resident Assistant selection website. We hope thus far your experience at Northeastern has been a pleasant and valuable one; it is now time to help positively influence the experiences of your peers!
The role of a Resident Assistant is one of the most challenging a student can fulfill – it takes balance and drive, optimism and creativity, and possibly most importantly, a desire to help develop the Northeastern community and its members. It is also arguably one of the most rewarding experiences a student can have in the college years. You’ll make lifelong bonds with your teammates and residents, grow as individuals, and have a hand in the development of the Northeastern University community.
We are in search of students who possess an array of characteristics: leaders who understand the importance of following, listeners who know the right time to speak up, self-starters who also work well in a team setting. Northeastern Resident Assistants are leaders on and off campus, globally and locally. They strive to make a positive impact in the world, beginning with those around them.
